Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — no seats available, transaction dropped

I was booking tatkal ticket today, but 3 times my booking was cancelled after payment deduction. Error was "no seats available : transaction dropped". After all 3 failure i had checked again & seats were available.
Yesterday also just before payment i was logged out automatically 2 times. It shown that you are using any software which i not used.
