[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — no update on car registration[protected]

I had filed TDR on 11th May. The passengers didnt travel as the train was delayed for many many hours much more than 3 hours.
It has been more than a month still no refund. Can you please let me know why so delay in getting the refund.

Also as i can check the status is same from 18th May, the status is 'SENT FOR OFFICERS APPROVAL'

Need your immediate attention on the same.

Dear Sir,
My E-ticket cancelled on 30 May, 2019 againest PNR No. [protected] approximately 12 days crossed but yet i have not get my e-ticket refund, Please confirmed me as early as possible when will credit my refund amount in my account
