One ticket of 3ac bearing pnr no. [protected] in himgiri express (12332) has been booked by me on 26.04.2017 through my credit card under tatkal for travelling on 29.04.2017 at 01.45 am (Night) from patna jn. To howrah jn.
I reached patna jn at 01.00 am on 29.04.2017 to board the train but it is notified by patna jn enquiry room and lcd display that the train himgiri express (12332) has been delayed by 14 hours and may come at patna jn at 03.45 pm on 29.04.2017, which has been also confirmed by the official of enquiry room.
Then i have decided for not travelling with himgiri express (12332) on 29.04.2017 because the train will come at patna jn delayed with 14 hours and filed tdr at 02.36 am on 29.04.2017 through irctcapp.
Today, i enquired through the irctc website about the status of tdr and refund of money, i found that tdr status-cr repudiate. Reason for tdr registration failed-invalid tdr timestmap: delay.
The reason shown is wrong and i am eligible for getting the refund of ticked for ticket tdr filed. I would request you to please look in to the matter for refund of money at the earliest.
