I had booked two retiring rooms for 24/12/2015 in Madurai Station on 12/09/2015 with TID [protected] and Ref No. MDURR309116 through IRCTC. The allotted room numbers were No.25 single room and No.22 A/c deluxe double room. But on 24/12/2015 when I went there for check in, the in charge of the retiring rooms informed me that the room No.22 A/c deluxe is not in use for the last six months due to some fire problem. After that they allotted room No.18 ordinary A/c room instead of room No.22. My question is why they allowed me to book the room as it was not in use for the last six months and made this type of inconvenience. I also request to that the excess amount paid my be shall be refunded to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
