I have tried to cancel my confirmed eticket thru irctc official app from which i booked the eticket previously, the app threw error that confirmed ticket cannot be cancelled. i was surprised as my money will go waste so as a proof i filed the tdr that i have not travlelled before 12 hours and it was lodged. kindly process to arrange my refund, PNR:[protected], TRAIN:22415, DOJ:11-02-17 Was this information helpful? | |||||
