On[protected] i have booked two 3rd AC Tickets from Ahmedabad to Abu Road for dated[protected] by Train No. 19031/Haridwar Mail. Passengers name are V.S. Mehta & Shyama Mehta. However i was surprised that Rs. 586/- has been debited to my account while the tickets were not booked and was not indicated on IRCTC Site where i had applied for above reservation. I would request you therefore to immediately the above cited amount may please be credited to my SBI Saving bank Account (A/c No. [protected]), Branch Goyal Nagar, Indore. Payment was through my Debit Card of SBI. My Mobile No. is[protected].

Updated by [email protected] On[protected] i have booked one 2nd AC Ticket from Indore to Vadodara (Baroda) for dated[protected] by Train No. 12962/Avantika Expreses. Passengers name is Sanjay Mehta. However i was surprised that Rs. 1560/- has been debited to our account while the ticket was not booked and was not indicated on IRCTC Site where i had applied for above reservation. I would request you therefore to immediately the above cited amount may please be credited to our BOI Current bank Account (A/c No. [protected]), Branch Saket Nagar, Indore.
