I had booked a ec class tkt on shatabdi express for my father, for journey from chennai to bangalore on 13th september2019 for journey on 27 th september. The booking was made on 13 th sep 2019 on your irctc site. The amount of rs 1324 was debited from our account but we never recd the ticket through mail or phone. Our bank is hdfc and the bank ref no for the above transaction is [protected]. The name of the passenger is vasanth manickam. Please refund the above amount back to our account, since we did not receive the ticket and hence did not travel.
