Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Non receipt of failed transaction on irctc ipay

I am Vikram Meena, I tried to book a ticket from IRCTC but was unsuccessfull . Kindly help me to get the refund from IRCTC. So kindly do the needfull and get the refund .
