Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — non receipt of pnr | |||
I was trying to book a ticket on 15.10.2018 at 12.50pm for journey in netravathi express from aluva to parapananagadi. The payment was made by me by online banking and the amount debited from my account to irctc. I ad to be given a waitlisted ticket with pnr no. But it was not done by irctc. No sms was provided by irctc as was done earlier. Either a ticket hads to be issued to me or the amount has to be refunded to me online. Was this information helpful? | |||
