Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Non receipt of season ticket on time | |||||
I had booked my Mumbai Season ticket on 6th November 2015 from IRCTC website. My season ticket has expired on 13th Nov 15. Since I have not yet recieved my ticket I am forced to travel ticketless. As per the instructions from IRCTC I have been trying to contact from the telephone nos provided by them since 10th Nov 15, but there is no response from them. All my attempts in trying them to contact has gone in vain.
