Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Non-refund of ticket cancellation amount | |||||
I have cancelled my ticket on 07/02/2017 but till date (08/03/2017) refund has not been credited to my account. I had a several talk with IRCTC's customer executives and mailed my bank account detail on two occasions but nothing improved. After attempting on several occasion, when I felt first level customer care executive may not be able to resolve my issues, I therefore requested them to provide me the contacts (phone no. or emails etc.) of the Appellate authority in this matter but they refuse to do so. I am also going to lodge complaints with Hon'ble Minister Shri Suresh Prabhu and also in PG portal regarding such callousness of IRCTC. Now please look into the issue and confirm my refund.
