This is regarding train ticket of guwahati rajdhani express from cooch behar to new delhi, train got cancelled from bongaigaon due to track wash out after kishanganj and same day we requested for ticket refund we were told that it will be refunded in 4-5 days then after a week we called again then we were told that we have to call on another number or send a mail, although we got mail acknowledgement but didn't get money till now and no confirmation either.
