2 years before on 14 october 2014 i was travelling from 12854(Amarkantak express) from jabalpur to bilaspur which was running late by more than 3 hrs. i was having reservation in Sleeper class as well as AC-3 tier...so i filed a TDR for sleeper class by giving reason that train is late by more than 3hrs...and i was traveling in AC-3 on same train and same date...but 2 years have been over they are not refunding my money of sleeper class and no one is paying attention towards my complaint... kindly help regarding this PNR for sleeper class- [protected] PNR for AC-3 - [protected] Also they deleted the ticket from my irctc account but i have ticket in my mail id... inspite of several maLS to [protected]@irctc.co.in and letter to ccm no response and they only reply that case is under investigation to SECR...write from two years they reply same thing... Always try to book Tatkal ticket. Getting error " Only two tickets between 10 to 12 pm" I have not yet booked any tickets. Its ridiculous. How come? not even booked tickets. IRCTC cheating common people. Please work on this issue. Help the people.
