Dear Team, I am not able to do irctc online ticket on my account (user name - rsourabhs), could you please let me know why, I raised a ticket on irctc which number is 4114558, 4215216 and so many followups taken but they are not able to give me proper justification, due to this i am not able to do irctc ticket on my account.
