Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — not able to book tatkal ticket

Today i was trying to book a tatkal ticket, but my session got log out even though my session was in use and it was not login more than 2 mins. It was not idle. As per irctc, if session is idle for 3 or more mins, then session expires.. Why is this happening. Is it that someone is hacking the irctc account and disconnect the active user sessions? Can you please check the security of the irctc. I can't even book the ticket and nowadays its difficult to book the tatkal ticket due to server busy. I don't understand how the agents are able to book the confirmed tatkal tickets.
