Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — not able to cancel ticket - " no records found" error in the booked ticket history option | |||
I booked this ticket before 3 months, so if i am trying to cancel this ticket in the irctc site, it is reflecting as "no records found" in the booked ticket history and even if i am putting all details like pnr number, train number, transaction number, it is not reflecting, still showing as "no records found" so i am not able to cancel the ticket. Please guide the next course of action to cancel the ticket Was this information helpful? | |||

The ticket booked on[protected], transaction id-[protected]..still not got refund from it..in my id it not showimg as refunded to my accoynt..please look into this matter..and resolve this problem..

It's almost three years since Rupak Kumar Sahu has filed this complaint yet this problem still persists. I am facing the exact same problem.
