I am a regular user of irctc and off late i have been facing problem in updating my profile. I have changed my residence from mumbai to thane and wanna update the same but i am not permited i get a message mobile number already in use. Also my marital status has changed but not being updated. What if tomorrow something happens to me then how will my family member be reported about me.
