Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — not any berth present in train which mention on my ticket

It is bad to here mention that in train d3 coach has only up to 102 seats are present but in my ticket d3 103 in also mention. Hence i cannot travel. I request you to refund the ticket money and please care it in future. Some necessary details-

I have paid money Rs. 215.49 using my UPI account for booking ticket through IRCTC.

Payment got deducted from my account, but on IRCTC showing ticket not booked.

Pls reafund my money.
