I have cancelled my e-ticket,

Cancellation date:14th oct 2017
Pnr :[protected]
Transaction id:[protected]
Cancellation id/refund id:[protected]
It's showing refunded on 16th oct 2017 when checked in irctc in bank patmag.
Bt i have no account on any such bank.
Bt it's not refunded on the respective sbi account.
What should i do.?? Where to enquire for this???
