Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — not getting refund on ticket cancellation after 20 days

I booked tickets by my debit card on irctc website and cancelled them. Tickets got cancelled but the amount is yet not been credited in my account. I have sent several mails to irctc but did not get the money back. Following are the ticket details-
