Sir With the refrence given above i want you inform you that yesterday i booked the tatkal ticket from to jaipur (12403)but at the first trial it does'nt give confirmation of booked ticket so i did the 2nd trial and got the confirmed ticket and now i have the two tickets for the same .but its not my fault if irctc has given given me confirmation message at that time this mishappening was not be there.now sirwhat should i do now to get the cancelled ticket refundable.
