Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — not received a refund

I booked 3 tickets routing from Dadar (DDR) to Samakhiali (SIOB) dated 10/11/2018. And also return tickets from Samakhiali (SIOB) to Dadar (DDR) on 11/11/2018.
But i cancelled 3 tickets dating 10/11/2018 & 1 ticket dating 11/11/2018. Here are tge details of the tickets:

This is my 3rd complain about not receiving the refund on time. Please do something about it asap.
