With referrence to pnr number - [protected], i booked ticket from irctc for ambala cant to guwahaty in lohit express, which get cancelled on 4th may 2018 at 13:24:35. And today its 18th may 2018, still not refunded. So here i want to know where is my money? Do irctc really takes this long to refund? Whats the refund process progress? All the irctc customer care number are busy 24×7. Is this how irctc serve customer??? This is how irctc are providing service?? Was this information helpful? | |
