I was travelling from ahmadnagar to guntakal on 18th May 2017 PNR [protected] when i boarded the train already two people were sitting on my seat when i enquired they told me that they have RAC confirmation then i told them the seat no. 32 is your part and seat 33 is my part and i am allowed to sit then later on when the ticket collector came i said him about the issue so he replied to me by saying you give them upper seat which is confirmed and you sit in Rac what kind of mannerism is it I'm not allowed to sit in my very own seat.

Train no. 16004.
Coach-S10

I m travelling in the above train in the specified coach. It started from NAGARSOL, but there is no water in washbasin n toilet. There are close to 200 ppln suffering without water unable to go toilet. Request to arrange for the water urgently. We have already complaint to the but no action taken.

I asked about the availability of train and they behave so rude shouted at Me and harrashed
