Respected sir,
I was booking my five ticket from ahmedabad to chennai, but during booking of ticket at a time transaction was failed and 3600/- rs. Deducted from my account. After one week deducted amount not credit to my account. Following my reservation detail.

Booking dt. 16.10.18 time : 00:52 hrs.
Journey start from : ahmedabad to chennai
Journey dt. 26.12.18
Train name : navjeevan express

Kindly request you to deducted amount credit to my account as soon as possible. Here attached photo of deducted amount message.
