On 02/11/2020 I booked a ticket from Howrah to Cuttack through Net Banking. In first attempt after final submission an error message displayed and no ticket was booked.
Further I tried to book another ticket and it remained successful.
No debit message came over my mobile.
While checking my account transaction I find that my account has been debited for failed transaction also. i.e my account has been debited twice for Rs.2192.69 though I booked only one ticket.
I request you to look into the matter and refund the amount of Rs.2192.69 debited for failed transaction at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
