Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — online ticket booking services | |||||
I have been using irctc website for train ticket bookings since many years. Earlier it was very convenient for working people like me but now it has become worse than hell. Every time i login, it fails to connect most of the times. Worse is that when after completing all the form filling and account details filling formalities, it deducts the amount and in reply it says "sorry please try again". My credit card limit gets exhausted after repeated attempts where it deducts money but fails to book ticket. Can irctc reply me on this issue. Why the money is deducted every time?
