Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — online ticket booking transaction failed

Respected sir/madam,

I was booked ticket from sbc to ab using my netbanking from hdfcbank, but i was get message has a transaction failed unsuccessful.
After that i checked my account there was deducted my balance of rs. 220 on 04/oct/2017 still not refunded.
Reference no : irctc_cris ref-01/10/17-[protected]

I am trying to calling irctc's helpline number but there is no response.
What should i do.
Please help me.
