I have booked tatkal ticket with my name but due to technical error, it's booked for two times with same name. Please provide my half amount.There should be rule for this problem. Now a days irctc site became too bad its not showing proper status. You should do something for your customers.Train is on 20th October 2018., please make it asap.

I booked ticket with IRCTC on 12/10/2018, ticket not received and deduct money from bank a/c. Ichecked my bank account for refund so far it's not done payment. I am herewith attaching the screen shots of the failed transaction and ticket refund history. in view of this pl refund my amount as earliest. I already waited 12 days.
