Sir,
I created an account in irctc last week. They send me the otp for mobile verification. But they are not sending the otp for email verification. I am facing great difficulty to book the reservation seats. Please help me to get the otp for email verification as soon as possible. My username is remiaram55 and otp to be send to this email id:rem. [protected]@gmail.com.
Expecting a positive result as earlyas possible.

I booked ticket for kota to Jaipur in 2nd Ac but I cancelled it by 14 may but still after 16 days refund not credit. Please find attachment.irctc customer line always busy I waste a lot time but my money still not back.my ticket PNR no is [protected]

Sir I have used irtc system to purchase e ticket from dibrugarh to darbhanga jn.on dt.21.05.17 which id no is [protected] for 3ac in abadhAssam 15909.Rs.1550 have deducted from my bank a/C but system have shown payment failed. So kindly refund my amt.payteam have used for this transaction.
