My old registered mobile number with irctc is lost but my e mail is same I am able to login with my user ID and password but they did verification for mobile number and e mail so I have tried so many times to sent otp on my same e mail but otp not received and I also tried by edit mobile number section and will get recieve otp by new number but otp is not received please solve my problem immediately and filed complaint against irctc Was this information helpful? | |||
