I received PAN dispatch details from NDSL on 13 July but it is still not delivered to me. When contacted the trackon kilpauk office on 26 July I was assured that it will be delivered by August 1st week.
After that was not able to contact the courier office and at last when I was able to contact them on 21 October I was told that they are unable to retrieve data of my AWB details from their system since the keep data only for three months and was asked to contact the delivery person.
Delivery person when contacted told me that the PAN card was delivered 15 days back to some person. I was at hospital during that time due to medical exigency and no one was home, also the delivery person couldn't confirm to whom they have delivered.
When enquired with the tenants and neighbors no one has received ghetto courier and we are not sure to whom it was delivered.
Need to Submit the PAN card to my bank urgently and it is still not delivered. Worst service by trackon courier as the document is of so important and yet they have not delivered or they have delivered to wrong address and claim they have delivered correctly. Was this information helpful? |
