I need to buy tickets for my July/August visit to India. This will be my tenth yearly visit. I am old and academic and yet managing IRTCT's methods defeats me. They have agreed to my user name but have ignored all my requests for a OTP (by email) for a password. I have been trying for over sixteen days. They are called, with presumably unintentional irony, Care.
As I am in Cambridge UK it is difficult for me to move this problem forward. I have telephoned, written and sent copies of my password: what more can I do? Was this information helpful? |
