Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Payment debited from account but ticket not booked

I had booked today a ticket from valliyur to chennai.
i had booked though payment mode razo pay via amazon .
the payment was debited from my account but irctc ticket is ot issued and says transaction not done.
ref-transfer to[protected]/upi/DR/[protected]/indianR/utib/irctcrazo/IRCTC
MAY I KNOW WHY THIS PROBLEM OCCUR AND WHEN I WILL GET BACK THE PAYMENT OF RS 1531.80 .
