I was trying to book my tickets on urgent basis through tatkal but for the consecutively 3 times my debit card is decline by irctc which i have used. they were SBI and axis card both are active but i dont why debit cards getting rejected for tatkal only. Because of which i could not go for my uncles funeral. This is very serious matter for me and suggest to response to this query not with your regrets but with some options.
