Sir, Payment deducted but booking failed. I am trying to book a tatkal ticket of sl class from murtizapur (Mzr) to pune (Pune) on 09/06/2017 by train number is 11406 ami pune exp journey date is on 10/06/2017. However a message was received on the phone for the amount 535.87 rs. Debited but the ticket is not book. My transaction id is [protected]. On my internet baking transaction status show about this booking is by debit card othpg 461103 irctc delhi. This type is given. Please refund my payment as early as possible.
