I was booked my ticket on 12th of september from madhubani to patna junction in garibrath exp but my ticket was not booked and my payment is get deducted from my account but i have still not got refund from irctc in my account

Transactions placed on date :- 12th of september and still i have not got my payment in my bank account from irctc please help me sir
