[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Payment deducted still not refunded ( even settlement failed & ticket not booked) | |||||
Dear Sir/ Madam I tried booking ticket on Chakradharpur Howrah Express on 9th Jan, 2017 and the amount of Rs 1806.64 was deducted from my account, but it showed that transaction was failed and the ticket was not even booked. The amount for the same has not been refunded to my account yet even though the transaction has failed. Kindly look into the same and please assist. Please find the snapshot of deductions on IRCTC site as well as my bank account for proof. Was this information helpful? | |||||
