Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Payment done , did not received ticket and show no seat available : transaction dropped

Why the hell i am getting this error " No seat available, transaction dropped ", even though there are seats available.
During payment i got this error twice, at the first time 78 seats available so i tried to book the ticket suddenly got an error transaction dropped, within few seconds i tried it agin when 43 seats are available but again got the same error, when seats are available why am i not able book the ticket successfuly.

i want to return my money
