[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — payment not received | |
I booked tickets in january for "to and fro" journey on 12th april and 14th april 2020 respectively. Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, irctc cancelled tickets. I received refund initiated mail for both the tickets. But i received refund money in my account on 31st march for 14th april ticket only. After waiting for 5 days with no doubt of anything pending from bank side, i am making a complaint against irctc to irctc for not refunding my money for journey date 12th april 2020. Apr 16, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved 11 days journey from the day of complaint raised to complaint resolved . Frequently updating status at Consumer Complaints Forum. Frequently emailing to [email protected] and [email protected]. Two request emails to bank for the credit status in the account. Finally received money in my account today. Thank you Consumer Complaints for providing a forum. Thank you IRCTC for refunding back my money.
