Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Payment of 400 Rs debited from my bank but not credited in my R wallet

Respected sir,
Yesterday I made a payment of Rs 200 twice through upi. But my R- wallet was not credited with any of the amount. The amount was fully deducted from the bank and no refund is done. My Rs 400 are at stake. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
