Sir, I'm a regular customer of your site IRCTC. It was very unfortunate that today while I was booking an e-ticket a notification informing "PAYMENT REJECTED BY BANK [ Transaction Id: [protected]] You can choose another payment option and try again." like this came. This is the first time I'm facing such a problem and I'm confused. I'm sure that my bank account have the sufficient amount for this transaction. It is facing continue from last 03 days when try to book ticket on line reservation of railwy birth .
