SIR, Mare irctc me account tha jis se hamne ticket book karwai thi. sir hamne jis bank account se ticket banai thi. wo account hamne close karwa diya. ab programe cancell ho gaya to hamne ticket cancell karwa de. ab wo refund amount irctc me deposit ho gaya. hamne jab complain mail kiya tab wapis jabab aaya aap ko bank ka closing statament or irctc ki profile details mail kare hamne sab details mail kar de or NEW ACCOUNT KI DETAIS bhi mail kar diya hai. fir bhi wo mere cancell ticket refund mere NEW BANK ACCOUNT me transfer nahi kar rahe hai. sir please help me . complain no.
