Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — payment successful but ticket not booked

I booked a train ticket in 14042 (Mussoorie express) on 08/03/2020.
However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used bmi to pay and payment was successful only. Status is not still clear, so i can not book another ticket.

Please reslove the issue as soon as possible

Dear sir

I am Basavaraj going to BNC to RC seat no S2 47 in this time in this time TT was come and enquired 2 times with dress night and morning the same thing is some was enquiring again without dress code please take a action against T T he was checking a S2 coch @the time of 9:00 I clk please tack action against that person

In my transactions section I am unable to view my previously booked tickets . Please resolve the problem as soon as possible. I am unable to view all my previously booked tickets. I have booked 3 tickets on the official website of IRCTC .
