Hi, I have booked the tatkal ac tickets from eluru - bangalore on 05th june 2017, however because tickets because o[censored]navailability of seats the booking failed but amount had been debited from my bank account – rs 2909. Irctc refund status shows amount of rs. 2850 has been refunded, bank name is paytmg, but i have not received this amount in my account, i had used my icic debit card (Coral visa) bangalore to book the ticket... I have also checked with the bank, they have confiremd money has not debited to my sb a/c. Details of failed ticket: attached below. Transaction id - [protected] Transaction date - 05-jun-2017 Refund id - [protected] Pls. Do the needful at the earliest as we are very disappointed with such disputes occurring quite often.
