Hi,

This is anandraj, i am using frequently the uts mobile apps (Uts id.[protected]) to book unreserved tickets for traveling.

Recently, i have recharged my wallet balance through online paytm - ag on 7th feb 2020 and transaction reference [upi ref no.[protected]]. It got failed but the amount was deducted in my bank account reference for transaction. I have enquired with bank and confirmed that the transaction was success and adviced check with paytm.

Hence, need your assistance to refund the amount in my wallet balance or my bnk account.

Sir,
I am try to book train ticket from Kalburgi to Shravanabelagula on date 04.02.2020. Amount debited to my account Rs 821/- Till now I am not received money please credited as soon as possible.
