My name is arjun,

I had 3 failed transactions on tatkal booking with money getting debited and ticket not booked (Txn ids:[protected], [protected], [protected]). The attempts were made on 10th and 14th august. Payment status in my irctc login failed transaction showing as "payment settled". No money has been credited back till today.

i have a reservation but session expire and payment cut in my bank acount and not refund pls help bank statment attachment with this mail
