Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — people travelling without reservation in asr - ndls swarn shatabdi

Yesterday i was travelling from ludhiana by train no. 12030, seat no. C10, 46 & 47. I observed that in c10 coach 7 persons were travelling without reservation and sitting on floor near washroom. Similar was the case in other bogies. How so many un-reserved people were travelling in that fully reserved train.
Action should be taken against such corrupt tc, who take bribe and allow such un-authorized people.

Meri ticket ka refund nhi aaya h 22/9/17 ko ticket cancel kiya tha ticket pnr is [protected] or refund date 24/9/17 tha lekin aaya nhi h plz help me
