Plastic found in samosa served by irctc. No one is ready to give complain book or to accept complaint in train number 12285 dated 01 Nov 2015. Finally after making so much of noise I was handed over Feedback form stating that my complaint will be sent to the concerned department. However, 10 days has gone & no one has contacted me till now. Looks like the coach attender was smart enough to fool me by giving me the feedback form which he would have wiped his hand & thrown it out. Was this information helpful? | |||||
