I have file a tdr (Regretted by irctc) for the below mentioned detils.
Pnr no [protected] and pnr no [protected].
Train no 09571 from kota jn to ald.
Date 11.02.2019, total passenger 6+3=9
Reason - train diverted and passenger not travelled.
Date 11.02.2019 train no 09571 is diverted between nagada jn and tundla jn. My boarding point kota jn
Pls. Help me to re-open my tdr file and refund my amount.
